BepInEx (Bepis Injector Extensible) is a Unity plugin framework. If you want to install a mod for Gorilla Tag or want to make a mod yourself, you need to have BepInEx installed.
Alternatively, you may use other Unity modding framework, however BepInEx is considered the best. Take a look at this chart, for example: https://bepis.io/unity.html.
You can install BepInEx in 2 ways:
- Using Monke Mod Manager (recommended)
- Manually
If you go with the latter option, download the version for your OS (Windows x86/x64, Linux or MacOS), copy the content into your game directory and run the game. This will generate BepInEx.cfg file in BepInEx/config folder. You may edit the configuration file to suit your needs.
